People maintaining the glue.
Technical founders, integration engineers and operations owners who currently spend expert time adapting workflows to new services, tools and changing interfaces.
The Construct is our attempt to move AI from preconfigured task runners toward an adaptive execution environment: software that can investigate an unfamiliar system, act with permission, check reality and retain methods that genuinely work.
An engineer can describe an automation in minutes. Discovering what an unfamiliar application actually supports, reconciling identities, recovering from partial failures and maintaining it after interfaces change can take far longer.
The first market we're exploring is small engineering and operations teams responsible for high-variation software workflows. The larger ambition is an adaptive system whose capability grows with validated experience, rather than a permanently expanding list of hand-written integrations.

A method that survives real verification can become reusable know-how. We would measure retained task correctness, human interventions, recovery quality and time spent rediscovering interfaces.
Founder-led design partnerships first; then a paid desktop/team workspace and usage-based execution capacity if measured costs and customer needs justify it. No pricing or sales are claimed today.
Modern AI can interpret documentation, reason over unfamiliar interfaces and propose actions across software. Tool protocols and desktop/browser automation make access more practical. But access is not permission, a successful tool call is not a completed objective, and a copied script is not a learned capability. That's the unsolved boundary we chose to work on.
A model's output remains advice until the runtime admits an operation and observation supports the outcome.
The long-term design discovers the relevant mechanism rather than routing every objective through an assumed sequence of fixed skills.
Our proposed advantage is reusable, evidence-bounded methods across real interfaces—not exclusive ownership of a language model or API connector.
These are product and differentiation hypotheses. We do not claim exclusive technical invention, market leadership, or a demonstrated commercial moat. Such claims require comparative testing and actual customers.
A worthwhile pilot starts with a real recurring engineering burden, a buyer or operator willing to describe its cost, and a checkable outcome. We have not claimed signed customers or general availability.
How is the workflow handled today? What specialist time, rework and failure risk does it create? Is the pain frequent enough to justify paying for a solution?
Identify the applications, permitted operations, side effects, baselines and evidence required to know whether the result is real.
Use a safely scoped environment with the capabilities we can honestly support. A failed or incomplete attempt remains visible.
Inspect the outcome, operator time, intervention count, effect errors and repeatability across a changed task. A partnership makes sense only if it improves meaningful work.
The desktop application and a scoped execution foundation exist. So do tested local, MCP, OpenAPI and source-operation contracts, a transactional history, and specific observed executions. The open-ended unfamiliar-task loop—including strategy adaptation, recovery and qualified learning—has not yet passed its full live acceptance test.
Admitted tools and a canonical effect path rather than models acting as permission systems.
Work receipts, acquired sources, and inspectable local event history for supported paths.
The Living Canvas, Lattice and Focus Chambers in the working Windows application.
Discover and combine unfamiliar mechanisms without relying on a prewritten task script.
Diagnose partial effects, change strategy, and resume across interruptions.
Reuse a validated procedure when its assumptions still hold, with evidence of improved outcomes.
The next milestones are deliberately falsifiable. A compelling desktop interface is not product-market fit. A completed benchmark is not a paying customer. The business earns credibility by proving both technical capability and demand.
One end-to-end new-domain job: capability discovery, authorized execution, independent verification, causal recovery and applicable skill reuse after restart.
Find operators with recurring problems and assess actual baseline cost, alternative tools, decision makers and willingness to adopt.
Test repeat usage, delivery cost and outcomes versus the alternative before selecting a subscription or metered pricing model.
We're open to discussing engineering pilots, strategic technical collaborations and early venture conversations. Tell us the type of work, why the existing approach is inadequate, and what a credible result would look like.
